Please update your iPhone to version 17.6 or later. Doing so should resolve any issues with volume control.

If for some reason you cannot update your iPhone to the latest software and you are still experiencing low volume, simply try seating both earbuds in the case with the lid closed for at least two minutes.

This step may need to be repeated if the issue is not addressed at first.
