This is Kevin Lee, also known as the Little Monster. I adopted the title working for my father, Noel Lee, the Head Monster, who started Monster out of our garage 30 years ago.

Together, they worked with Monster's acoustic engineers for over 3 years to get the sound that met their high standards for acoustic performance.

Their challenge was designing headphones that not only sound great, but can also maintain sonic quality at high volume without distortion. And like a real studio, Beats had to isolate the listener from external noise so every detail in your music comes through clearly.
